To insure that there are no surprises upon arrival please read through out policies carefully.
Check-in between 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
Check-out at 11:00 AM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call or email to make arrangements.
Late Arrivals after 10:00pm require advance notification and Key Arrangements to be provided.
Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking inside; however there is a designated outdoor smoking areas available.
Owner’s Rights: The Parkview Country Inn is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Incidentals: Any damages, stolen or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special additional cleanup as a result of damages caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card provided at time of reservation.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Holiday and festival weekends require a 15 (fifteen) days* prior to your arrival date. In order to receive deposit.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice or fifteen (15) days* during holiday and festival weekends, the guest then forfeits their deposit.
*A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Early Departures: Should you need to shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Deposit Required: A credit/debit card is required to hold your reservation.
Rates: Prices may vary from other websites, which may not be updated and may not include accurate rates involving holidays and festival weekends, as we do not discount during holidays or festivals.
Discounts: We offer a 10% Military discount, must present valid military ID upon arrival.
